How to Make Little Calm Tea

 

Add 1 tbsp of Little Calm to 8–10 oz of hot water. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes, then strain.

 

Enjoy warm or let it cool and serve over ice. Add a little honey or maple syrup if desired.

 

 Make Little Calm Popsicles

 

Kids don’t always love a cup of tea… so make it into something they do love. Blend it with fruit, lightly sweeten it with honey or maple syrup, and freeze it into a fun little popsicle.

 

You’ll need:

 

  • 8 oz strongly brewed Little Calm tea

  • 1 cup fruit

  • Honey or maple syrup, to taste

 

Directions:

 

  • Brew 2 teaspoons of Little Calm in 8 oz of hot water and steep for 10–15 minutes.

  • Strain and let cool.

  • Add the cooled tea, fruit, and a little honey or maple syrup to a blender.

  • Blend until smooth.

  • Strain for an extra-smooth popsicle, if desired.

  • Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until solid.

 

 

Favorite fruit combinations: strawberry + peach, blueberry + raspberry, or mango + strawberry.
