How to Make Little Immune Tea

Add 1 tbsp of Little Immune to 8–10 oz of hot water. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes, then strain.

Enjoy warm or let it cool and serve over ice. Add a little honey or maple syrup if desired.

 Turn It Into a Popsicle

Let’s face it, kids don’t always love tea. Blend it with fruit, sweeten it with a little honey or maple syrup, and freeze it into a popsicle they’ll actually be excited about.

You’ll need:

  • 8 oz strongly brewed Little Immune tea

  • 1 cup fruit

  • Honey or maple syrup, to taste

Directions:

  • Brew 2 teaspoons of Little Immune in 8 oz of hot water and steep for 10–15 minutes.

  • Strain and let cool.

  • Blend the cooled tea with fruit and honey or maple syrup.

  • Strain if you prefer a smoother popsicle.

  • Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until solid.

Try: strawberry + orange,  blueberry + raspberry,  or strawberry + mango.

A fun, fruity way to get those immune-supporting herbs in when the first sniffles come knocking.
