2 oz

-Chamomile is a mild sedative and a good gastric anti-inflammatory. It calms the nerves and settles the stomach. Chamomile is an excellent nervine agent, especially for children.

-Lemon balm is both soothing and uplifting. Tea is the best form for its nervine qualities, as the herb’s essential oils gently waft over the imbiber from the teacup. It is a gentle sedativ

-Spearmint contains menthol, which has a relaxing, sedative effect on the body. It’s believed that spearmint promotes relaxation and alleviates stress by interacting with GABA receptors in your brain.

-Passionflower is a relaxing nervine and is used to reduce stress and tension and to aid sleep. It helps to quiet mental chatter.

-Fennel tea has been used traditionally to help ease feelings of stress and anxiety for centuries. A few studies have also found fennel to be an anti-anxiety and anti-stress agent.
